Our Amberlea Residents Picnic in January was a huge success!  Thank you to all of out neighbors who came out and mingled and ate delicious bbq. We hope to see even more of you at our next picnic. Check back for details...

2025 Annual Meeting

Would you like to attend a street/block party to meet your neighbors? Decorate your home for a Christmas Light contest? Sell your wares in an annual yard sale? Smear your face with BBQ sauce during a cookout in the park? Have your voice heard!!

The Amberlea Homeowner's Association has their annual in-person meeting in January. The meeting is open to all residents (owners and renters). Please come by and attend as we will be discussing and voting in new HOA Board Members (who need to be Homeowners), HOA Board Openings, and HOA plans for 2025.  

If anyone has an issue they feel needs to be discussed and brought to the board's attention, you can still send an email through the Contact page or email amberlea.info@gmail.com. The issue will be brought to the attention of the board and you will receive a response on any decisions made in regards to the issue.

Become a Board Member

The Amberlea HOA board is made up of 4 officers and 7 directors. Welcome to those that joined us as new board members in 2024!  

We need a minimum of 7 Directors (board members) and currently need 1 more. These are volunteer positions and other than meeting 4 times a year to discuss any items and pay bills, they don’t require much time.

Electronic and Chemical Mobile Collection
Electronic and Chemical Mobile collections will now be held every fourth Saturday from 9am-2pm at the North County Satellite site at 29582 US 19 N. behind the N. County Government Center south of Curlew Rd. For more information on what can be collected, visit www.pinellascounty.org/solidwaste/mobile.htm.

OTHER UPDATES...   

Please be aware of your vehicular parking on Amberlea streets near intersections and corners. Dunedin can enact "No Parking"signage to eliminate blind spot conditions when oncoming vehicles are screened from view in these hazardous areas if the situation continues.
